Information we collect
Contact and website-audit forms collect the details you choose to share: your name, business name, email, phone number, website, trade, city, plan interest and message. Claim-demo forms collect your name, email, optional phone number and message, along with the business and demo you are claiming.
Owner and admin accounts
For owner and admin login, we store account email addresses and access permissions. Passwords are hashed by the auth provider; we do not store readable passwords. Session information helps keep you signed in and protect access to private records.
How we use records and email
We store lead records so we can respond to demo claims, contact requests and website audits. Owners can access records for the sites linked to their account; authorized Nuvant admins can manage service records.
We queue service email notifications, including lead alerts. Delivery happens through our email provider when sending is enabled; a queued message does not mean it has been delivered. We currently send only transactional or service emails, not marketing campaigns.
We use these details to provide and support the service. We do not sell personal information.
Public business information
We may use public business listings, business websites and reviews from a business's own public profiles to build a free demo. A demo does not mean the business has hired or endorsed Nuvant. Business owners can ask us to remove a demo at any time.
Providers and sharing
Hosting, authentication and database services run through Lovable Cloud and its underlying cloud providers. When email sending is enabled, our email provider processes the details needed to deliver service messages. These providers process information to help us operate the service.
Lead details are shared with the relevant business and authorized Nuvant staff. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users or others.
Cookies, local storage and analytics
We use cookies or local storage as needed for sessions, login and basic site functions. We do not add third-party advertising trackers by default.
Page analytics are off by default. When enabled, we plan to use privacy-friendly analytics such as Plausible to understand page visits and whether forms are successfully submitted. We do not send form contents as analytics details or sell analytics data. Our setup excludes account pages and removes query strings and prospect demo names from page analytics.
Retention and security
We keep leads and account records as needed to respond to requests, provide the service and meet legal obligations. We delete information on reasonable request unless we must retain it for legal, accounting, security or dispute-related reasons. Backup copies may remain until their normal retention cycle ends.
We use access controls and our providers' security measures to protect records. No online service can promise complete security.
Your choices
Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to request removal of a demo. We may need to verify your identity before changing or sharing private records.
If we offer marketing emails later, you can unsubscribe using the link in those emails. Service messages needed to respond to your request or manage your account are separate from marketing.
Children
Nuvant is not directed at children under thirteen. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
